MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY

• ✓ Knitted Zipper Integration: A knitted garment and a conventional zipper respond differently to tension during sewing and wear. The front construction therefore requires careful coordination between knit density, placket width, zipper tape, and sewing tension to achieve a clean and stable zip front.
• ✓ Mid-Gauge Cotton Structure Control: At 7GG, 100% cotton knitwear requires consistent loop formation to achieve a balanced combination of structure, softness, and dimensional stability. Knitting parameters are adjusted according to the selected yarn and target garment weight.
